Arizona’s Workers’ Compensation Law (Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. §§ 23-901 to 23-965) is a state law that provides benefits to employees who are injured or become ill as a result of their employment. The law is administered by the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

Employers in Arizona are required to provide workers’ compensation insurance for their employees. Employers can purchase workers’ compensation insurance from a private insurance company or from the state of Arizona.
